Brief info

Born in 1978 in Kiev, immigrated to Israel to study in Kfar Chabad. Continued at Ohalei Torah Yeshiva in New York, and at the Rabbinical Collage in New Haven.

Qualified for Dayanut in 2005 and has since served as a Dayan in the Moscow Beit Din.

Specialist for clarifying Judaism by the Chief Rabbinate in Russia, as well as by the Rabbinical courts in Israel.

In 2017, he wrote a book together with his colleague Rabbi Zeev Litke "Jewish Inquiries in the Light of Genetic Research".
